This ritual is used to make connections with one another through the experience of healing touch - something we all have the power to do. Ask, listen, and absorb. The Brush Circle allows us to better communicate how we like our hair brushed or pulled. How do we like to receive tension release through the scalp and hair? Have you ever thought about how we can make our best friend, partner, sibling, parent or child open up to receive self care or love through the crown? Are there experiences that we had in our life around our hair that brought us joy or sadness? This Circle creates natural storytelling and holds sacred space to express and communicate just that.
